• Our decades of experience in the rubber sector have given us the knowledge and skills to design and manufacture rollers for the graphics, printing, wood, packaging and textile sectors.
• We make rollers from scratch, constructing the metal cores and the specific rubberizing, different for each need, according to the sector of use.
• The formulation of the recipes and the controls carried out by our laboratory allow us to create compounds designed to meet the different characteristics of elasticity, hardness, dimensional stability, durability and resistance to chemicals, abrasion and heat, according to the application.
• The in-house implementation of all production stages allows us control, flexibility and speed of response.
• The experience gained by our staff, combined with machinery that is the result of in-house studies and design, allow us to obtain a qualitatively suitable and competitive product.
• We also process used rollers, recovering them, removing the worn-out rubber, tempering the metal surface of the roller core and applying the appropriate processes to create the new coating with stability and durability requirements.
