On 23 December 2025, the deed of merger by incorporation of Yards Consulting Srl into ATAG Spa was signed.
As of 1 January 2026, ATAG Spa will assume the rights and obligations of Yards Consulting Srl, replacing it in all relationships. The commercial conditions of customers and suppliers will remain unchanged, as will all contact persons, in order to ensure continuity in all relationships, both active and passive, pertaining to the incorporated company.
The new corporate identity will accompany customers and suppliers with the same passion and impeccable service that Yards Consulting has always provided.
The journey continues under the guidance of ATAG Spa.
