The European Union has placed ESG sustainability at the heart of its priorities.
ATAG was keen to obtain certification in order to comply with current and future EU regulations, with a view to improving the development of a sustainable supply chain, both with its suppliers and its customers.
But what is ESG?
ESG stands for “Environmental, Social and Governance criteria” used to assess a company’s sustainable impact and ethical responsibility, in order to help investors determine the long-term behaviour, resilience and profit-generating capacity of the company itself.
On December 2025 ATAG has completed the ESG questionnaire dedicated to corporate sustainability, in line with the best strategies and the most modern and current internationally recognised standards.
Thanks to the constant commitment of all departments and joint efforts to improve internal business processes, ATAG has achieved a “B” rating.
Obtaining a “B” level ESG certificate is a significant achievement, indicating adequate compliance with ESG principles, in line with national and international best practices.
