COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy. This site uses cookies, including third-party cookies, to offer services in line with the browser's preferences and in some cases to send advertising messages. Upon the first visit to the site, a banner will appear containing brief information and a preference management panel for cookies as well as a button through which it will be possible to accept or reject all or some cookies (The user has the option to select/deselect individual cookie categories, etc.).

1. Definitions and characteristics of cookies

Cookies and tracking systems are information that sites and apps send or read on your devices at the first visit, to then be retransmitted to the same sites/apps at the next visit. Cookies are active identifiers; tracking systems are passive systems, based on mere observation of the configurations that distinguish the user's device. Thanks to these technologies, sites and apps remember actions and preferences (such as login data, chosen language, font sizes, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be entered again at the next visit.

These technologies are used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users accessing a service and may also contain a unique identification code that allows tracking of user navigation within the site for statistical or advertising purposes.

There are different types of cookies and other tracking systems which, depending on their characteristics and functions, could persist on your device for different periods of time: so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close the browser; and so-called persistent cookies, which remain on your device until a predetermined time.

In line with Applicable Regulations, your prior consent for the use of cookies is not always required. In particular, such consent is not required for "technical cookies", i.e. those used solely for the purpose of carrying a communication through an electronic communication network, or strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user (in other words, cookies that are essential for the operation of a site). Your prior consent is instead required for non-anonymized "analytical" cookies and for profiling cookies, i.e. those that provide statistical analysis on the use of a website or that create user profiles to send them advertising messages in line with the preferences they expressed during navigation.

2. Types of cookies used by the Site and de-selection possibilities

During navigation of the Site, you will receive the following cookies:

- Technical cookies, are cookies that are essential to allow navigation on the website and use of the services requested by the user (so-called navigation or session cookies), allowing the identification of the user to be performed and maintained within the session. Without the use of such cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be less secure. They are not used for further purposes and are installed directly by the Controller.

- Third-party cookies, that is, cookies coming from sites or servers of different third parties and therefore different from those of the Controller. Please note that these third parties, listed below with the corresponding links to their privacy policies and opt-out mechanisms, process your Personal Data as independent controllers or, where contractually provided, as processors.

Third-party cookies are not present on this site.

Functional cookies

These cookies enable advanced functionality and personalization. They can be set by us or by third parties. Blocking them may compromise some functionality. The functional cookies present on this site are:

  • _stripe_midStripe cookie for fraud prevention in online payments. Identifies the user's device during transactions.

Transfer of Personal Data outside the European Union

Although the Controller endeavors to implement all possible technical measures to disable or neutralize any third-party cookies on its site, sometimes these types of files could still be activated, using functions that allow you to interact with social networks, and the latter could therefore track your navigation.

The Google Analytics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company based in Ireland. The Controller has configured the service to minimize data processed and risks to data subjects (e.g. IP anonymization, deactivation of advertising features, limitation of data retention).

Any transfers to non-EU countries take place in compliance with arts. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, based on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and/or applicable adequacy decisions (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework). It is understood that, as this is a service provided by a company established in the United States, the possibility of access to data by the authorities of the third country cannot be absolutely excluded, within the limits permitted by applicable regulations.

3. Cookie settings

Upon first access to any page of the Site, a banner will be present containing brief information and the cookie preference management panel/a button through which it is possible to accept all cookies.

The user has the option to select/deselect individual cookie categories. Consent to the use of cookies is recorded with a specific "technical cookie", having the characteristics shown in the appropriate cookie table. However, this cookie may, in some circumstances, not work correctly: in such cases, the user is advised to delete unwanted cookies and also inhibit their use through the features of their browser.

User preferences regarding cookies will need to be reset if different devices or browsers are used to access the Site.

Disabling the Site's technical cookies may result in some Site services or functions not being available or not working correctly and you may be forced to manually modify or enter some information at each visit.

Failure to authorize other indicated third-party cookies will not affect the functioning of the Site. Third-party cookies are installed exclusively after express consent via the banner

Regarding cookies sent directly by the Site manager, in addition to the procedure made available on this page, the user can block or delete (in whole or in part) cookies also through the specific functions of their browser or can decide to deny consents already given on the "review cookie choices" page in the Site footer.

For more information on how to set cookie preferences through your browser, consult the following instructions:

The links indicated above may be subject to changes over time not due to the Site. The same information is, however, easily found using a search engine. If your browser is not listed, refer to the cookie information provided by the browser itself. If you use a mobile phone, consult the relevant manual for further information. Following the disabling of cookies through browser settings, please remember to always use the same to delete those already present before disabling them, indicated again at the next visit.
