ATAG Spa expands its range of activities: Yards Consulting Srl joins the group
After successfully concluding the acquisition of Cofi Srl towards the end of last year, ATAG Spa enthusiastically announces a further strategic step in its growth path.
An agreement has recently been formalised to bring Yards Consulting Srl into the ATAG group, under the direction and control of ATAG. Yards Consulting is an established company specialising in the supply of technical fabrics, nets, tapes and solutions for both thermal and acoustic insulation.
Yards Consulting Srl was founded by a highly qualified team with long and consolidated experience in the field of technical materials for industry. The skills acquired range from specific consultancy in the rubber, plastic and insulation materials sectors to in-depth knowledge of industrial dynamics.
With more than twenty years of operations in the service of strategic sectors such as mechanics, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, paper, steel, shipbuilding, packaging and glass processing, Yards Consulting will bring new skills and added value in terms of know-how and specialisation to ATAG.
