As of 1 January 2026, ATAG Spa will assume the rights and obligations of Yards Consulting Srl, replacing it in all relationships. The commercial conditions of customers and suppliers will remain unchanged, as will all contact persons, in order to ensure continuity in all relationships, both active and passive, pertaining to the incorporated company.

The new corporate identity will accompany customers and suppliers with the same passion and impeccable service that Yards Consulting has always provided.

HALL 2 – STAND C99

ATAG Spa continues on its path of strategic development and announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Yards Consulting Srl, an italian company specialising in the supply of technical fabrics, nets, tapes and materials for thermal and acoustic insulation for industry.

The operation follows the acquisition of Cofi Srl, which took place at the end of last year, and confirms ATAG’s desire to strengthen its presence in the technical-industrial sectors through the entry of new skills and the expansion of its product portfolio.

Yards Consulting Srl is the result of collaboration between professionals with deep technical expertise and long experience in the field of technical articles for industry, particularly in areas such as rubber, plastics and insulating materials.

The entry of Yards Consulting will further enhance ATAG’s offer, guaranteeing even more targeted, efficient solutions in line with the demands of a constantly evolving market.
